Cat serves clients in fifty states, so multiple time zones mean flexibility is essential; if she needs to work at 4 a.m. West Coast time to help East Coast clients at 8 a.m. that’s what she does. A native of Vietnam and fluent in English and Vietnamese, Cat often receives referrals from Asian investors. She takes the time to help everyone understand the complexity of the transaction, patiently explaining the why’s and wherefores of all the needed paperwork.

A naturally upbeat person, Cat loves to put a positive spin on someone else’s day by telling them she can get them a terrific loan at a great price.
